Glen's Speedway Portrait

Amateur rider Glen Belcher was reportedly lost for words this week when he received this fabulous drawing of himself in action, a birthday gift from his family.

Rob Abbott was the very talented artist behind this portrait. He draws and sketches on a full-time basis and this was his first speedway related work. The positive reaction it received has left Rob eager to do more in the future.

If you'd like to commission him to draw your favourite rider, or anything else, then he can be contacted via avocet4art@gmail.com

  • Rob Abbott:

"Just a quick thank you for showing my work, very much appreciated. I hope I can draw more. There is a short video of Glen opening his portrait, makes it all worth while to see the reaction to my work."
